Xero Training

At Flowfin, we have been using Xero since the start – almost 8 years! During this time, we have been able to help refine financial processes for a multitude of companies, from pre-revenue tech start-ups to international trading group companies with multi-million-pound turnover.

Xero training sessions are focused entirely on you and your team. The sessions are tailored exactly to your needs, depending on your experience, level of technical knowledge and expected use. Common type of support offered fall under three categories: Beginner, Advanced and Bespoke.

Training and implementation support can also be provided for other apps including Apron, Dext, Stripe, Paypal and Fathom, among many others. Training can be offered to a team or one-to-one either remotely or onsite.

Prices start from £99 + VAT per hour.

We offer three types of training…

Beginner

For new users of Xero, an introduction to Xero and its core features including initial setup, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and reporting.

Advanced

For current users of Xero looking to get more out of the system, including advanced features and reporting, optimising pre-existing processes and answering queries.

Bespoke

This training looks to understand and fix any problems you are facing in Xero, from reporting issues for multi-entity group companies to large-scale VAT recoding fixes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long a session do I need?

Training sessions typically last 2-3 hours, however, we regularly run multiple sessions over several days/weeks.  Training sessions begin from 1 hour and can run for as long as you wish – we can schedule a full day if you wish!

Are sessions private?

Yes! The sessions are entirely bespoke to you and your team. We offer both one-to-one Xero Training (individuals) and one-to-many Xero Training (small teams).

How much are training sessions?

Given the bespoke nature of our training, we price our sessions at an hourly rate of £99 +VAT per hour. All training sessions are payable in advance.

Can I book multiple sessions?

Of course! You are more than welcome to book as many sessions as you feel you need. The common approach for new Xero users is to book 2-3 sessions of 2-3 hours each, spread a week or two week apart. This ensures you have time to take away newfound knowledge before returning to the next session with a better understanding of Xero and no doubt more questions!
